Meghan has always been passionate about the human body, movement, and overall wellness. As a lifelong athlete, she developed a strong interest in optimizing performance and mobility, which inspired her to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics at University of Guelph, graduating in 2014.
Following her undergraduate studies, Meghan enrolled at the CAO, where she graduated with honours in 2018. Since beginning her practice, she has continued to expand her knowledge and clinical expertise, and in 2026 celebrates 10 years of practising Osteopathy.
Over the past five years, Meghan has developed a particular focus in pediatric care. She has completed numerous hands-on continuing education courses with renowned osteopaths, physiotherapists, and holistic health practitioners to further support infants, children, and families through individualized treatment approaches.

Her journey with Osteopathy began as a patient seeking care for figure skating injuries.
As a lifelong competitive athlete, Rowan developed a profound respect for the intricate
systems within the human body and a deep understanding of how injuries impact both
physical and mental well-being. This personal experience, combined with her passion
for helping others, inspired her to pursue a career in Osteopathy.
Rowan’s approach emphasizes the importance of holistic care, addressing the physical,
emotional, and mental aspects of health. Rowan provides Osteopathic care that focuses
on pain relief, posture improvement, and body alignment. She specializes in reducing
